Cookbook Café is our signature restaurant located adjacent to the Lobby Bar on the first floor. A myriad of cooking stations create a lively, interactive dining experience while maintaining the high level of presentation and quality you would expect from InterContinental Nha Trang. Enjoy delicious seafood, char-grilled meats and Vietnamese specialties in air-conditioned comfort or chose to dine al fresco on the terrace overlooking Nha Trang Bay.

Breakfast service from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM
Lunch service from 11:00 noon to 4:00 PM
Dinner service from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
